Last week saw the release of an action trailer of next year’s Attack on Titan 2 on the PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC via steam, previewing an epic battle with that Beast Titan as well as others.
Developed by KOEI Tecmo Games and their Omega Force studio, the title will cover the events portrayed in the anime’s second season and features enhanced Titan movements, improved omni-directional mobility gear and other enhancements. As well as the ability to create a custom Scout; playable characters will include Eren Jaeger, Mikasa Ackerman, Armin Arlert, Levi, Miche Zacharias, Nanaba, Gelgar, Ymir, Christa Lenz, Oluo Bozado, Eld Jinn, Gunther Schultz, Petra Ral, and Moblit Berner.
The title follows on from the first game Attack on Titan (a.k.a A.O.T: Wings of Freedom in Europe) released in 2016 for the PS4, PS3, PS Vita, Xbox One and PC via Steam. A separate Attack on Titan sequel title (Attack on Titan 2: Future Coordinates) is also in development for the Nintendo 3DS by Spike Chunsoft.
Attack on Titan 2 will be released in Japan, Europe and North American in March 2018.
